Fees depend on project scope and complexity. Residential estimates typically start from £150, and we always confirm a fixed fee before starting. The initial consultation is free.
On projects where the scope is well defined and does not change, our estimates typically land within 5–8% of the final account. Where scope is still evolving we give you a range and flag the biggest cost risks.
Drawings give the most accurate result, but they are not essential at the early stage. We can produce an order-of-cost estimate from a written description and site details, then refine it once the design develops.
Yes. Tender and quotation reviews are one of the most common things we are asked for. We benchmark the quote line by line and tell you exactly where it looks high, low or incomplete.
